At Wytex & Co. Wholesale, we pride ourselves on providing efficient and reliable production lead times for our valued customers. We define production lead time as the time elapsed between the receipt of proof approval from our art department and the shipping of the final product.
Once your order is placed, our art department will send you an artwork proof within three business days.
To ensure that your order is not delayed, it is crucial to approve your proof as soon as possible.
As per our company policy, we only commence production once you have approved the proof and we have received payment. Please note that lead times do not account for shipping times offered by our carriers. They are only measured from the time an order goes into production until it is ready for transportation.
