Ordering custom uniforms with Wytex & Co. is simple! Whether you need professional uniforms, polos, or branded workwear, we’ve broken the process down into easy steps.

Step 1: Check Out Our Uniform Catalog

Head over to Company Casuals to browse our full collection of shirts, jackets, and more. When you find what you like, jot down the Style #, Color, and Sizes.

Need to Find What’s In Stock? Use the “High Stock” filter when browsing to see items that are usually available.

Step 2: Set Up Your Logo for Embroidery

Already have a logo with us? Awesome! If not, here’s how to get started:

• New Logo Setup: $75 (includes a sample sew-out for approval).
• Additional Logo Setup: $35 per logo when set up at the same time.
• Need to make changes? There’s a $20 fee for each round of artwork changes after the initial sample.
• Need less than 12? For orders with fewer than 12 embroidered items, there is a $15 handling fee to accommodate small-batch processing.

Your logo can have up to 8 colors and should be within 4″ x 4″. If your design requires more than 10,000 stitches, we’ll provide custom pricing.

Step 3: Gather Your Order Details

Make sure you have the Style #, Color, Sizes, and your logo artwork ready to go. You’re almost there!

Step 4: Get the Pricing

Here’s our easy pricing for left chest embroidery (up to 10,000 stitches):

• 1-6 units: $25 per item
• 7-12 units: $20 per item
• 13-24 units: $18.50 per item
• 25-50 units: $17.50 per item
• 51+ units: Request a quote

To calculate the total:

• Garment Price + Embroidery Price = Price per Unit.
• Multiply by the number of items in your order.

Step 5: Shipping & Production

• Standard Production: 2-4 weeks, plus shipping.
• Rush Orders: We’ll check if it’s possible based on availability and season.
• Ground Shipping: Standard on all orders.

Step 6: Place Your Order

Once you’ve got everything together, reach out to us to place your order. If you’ve ordered from us before and your logo is already set up, you can skip the setup process.
